Service Description

For packages with Wills, includes: 1. First witness for your Will; 2. Create & Commission Affidavit of Execution; 3. Endorse Will as Exhibit to the Affidavit of Execution. For packages with Power of Attorney's, includes: 1. First witness for your Power of Attorney for personal care; 2. First witness for your Power of Attorney for property; 3. Notarization of Power of Attorney; All fees include travel within Sarnia, Brights Grove and Point Edward. Travel outside of these areas will be subject to an additional travel fee as follows: Corunna $15 Courtright $20 Mooretown $20 Wilkesport $30 Sombra $35 Port Lambton $40 Petrolia $25 Wyoming $20 Forest $40 Ipperwash, Kettle Point $55 Watford $45 Grand Bend $70 Please Note: I am unable to provide a second witness for your Will or PoA, therefore you will need to arrange for 1 additional adult to be present at our appointment time. The additional witness should not be named in the Will or PoA nor should they be the spouse of anyone named in the document.
